Attending the Sicily Business Forum 2024 on March 22 was an enriching experience for me. I participated as a panel speaker, focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in business process outsourcing (BPO).
The Sicily Business Forum holds significant importance in the business landscape of Southern Italy. It serves as a platform where industry experts, entrepreneurs, and visionaries converge to exchange ideas, foster innovation, and establish collaborations. Engaging with such a diverse group of professionals fueled my passion for driving change and pushing the boundaries of business development.
The panel, focusing on “Artificial Intelligence and Transition 4.0,” delved into the evolving realm of AI integration and its implications for industry and entrepreneurship. Notable participants included Angelo Tofalo, former Undersecretary of State at Defense and CEO of AT Agency; Angela Pietrantoni, Founder of Word Protection Forum and CEO & Co-Founder of KELONY First-Rating Agency; Dane Marciano, Founder & CEO of Affidaty, a Blockchain Technology Provider; and Marco Civinini, CEO of IA International Advisors, specializing in international growth and expansion projects.
During the panel discussions, we delved into the intricate world of AI and its implications for BPO. Drawing from my own experiences as a business developer and entrepreneur, I shared insights into how AI is reshaping traditional business models, paving the way for growth and efficiency. Witnessing the audience’s enthusiasm and curiosity reinforced the transformative potential of AI in driving Industry 4.0 advancements.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the forum was the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share a commitment to innovation and progress.
